Thanks to our friends at @abodesweethome for leading a site reconnaissance tour and conducting preliminary feasibility studies to evaluate the potential for reuse of an old 5-story church building in Glendale as a new affordable housing development.
Working with the City of Bell to develop a range of ideas for the Atlantic and Gage intersection, intending to provide a critical mass of new development and reinvigorate a city center. New downtown planning will also provide improved connections to
